Returns & Refunds

This covers the hardware sold at shop.cpapdash.com: the Mule & Miner and the Complete Kit. The Pro subscription is covered in the Terms of Service.
30 days to return it
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. Email support@cpapdash.com with your order number before you send anything back, and we reply with a return label and the address. Send back everything that came in the box. A package sent without asking first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is on us
The return label is paid by us, wherever you are.
Your refund
When the return reaches us and we have checked it, we email you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company can take a few more days to post it. If 15 business days pass after we approve the return and you have not seen the refund, email us.
Arrived damaged, defective or wrong
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us right away and we make it right.
No warranty: these are experimental projects
The Mule & Miner, Sleep Bridge Cloud, Sleep Bridge Share and Sleep Bridge Station are experimental projects. They come as is, with no warranty and no certification of any kind, and they may or may not work in your setup. CpapDash support works with you, side by side, to diagnose and fix problems with the Mule & Miner, and in valid cases we replace a defective unit less than 30 days old. The ez Share card is a separate product, and we do not support it.
Check your machine before you order
The Mule & Miner works with the ResMed AirSense 10, AirSense 11, AirCurve 10 and AirCurve 11. No other machine is supported: Lowenstein Prisma machines show error 601 with an ez Share card, and other brands are untested. The AirSense 11 REF 39517 has a weak SD card slot and often cannot power a WiFi SD card; the REF number is on the label under your machine. If you order for a machine outside this list and it does not work with it, that is not a reason for a refund. If you are not sure, ask us before you order.
European Union: 14 days for any reason
If your order ships to the European Union, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving one. This applies whatever machine you have.
Exchanges
To swap one item for another, return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.

We ship worldwide. The shipping cost to your country is shown at checkout.
