1. Medical Disclaimer

CpapDash is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The data displayed is for informational purposes only. Do not make changes to your therapy based solely on data from this app without consulting your healthcare provider.

2. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in data parsing and display, CpapDash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any therapy data displayed.

3. Compatibility

CpapDash is designed to work with specific WiFi SD card adapters (Fysetc SD WiFi Pro and ezShare). Compatibility with all CPAP devices is not guaranteed.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for your data. We recommend maintaining your original SD card data as a backup. CpapDash is not responsible for data loss.

5. Cloud Services

Cloud sync features are provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue cloud services with reasonable notice. Your data will always be exportable.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

CpapDash offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The full data viewer — dashboard, sessions, trends, statistics, and PDF reports — is free. Pro adds AI summaries, ML insights, severe-event alerts, and family/observer access.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($79.99/year) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account Settings; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law — contact support@cpapdash.com with any billing concern.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party PCI-DSS certified payment provider. CpapDash does not collect, store, or have access to your card or financial information — it is handled entirely by Stripe. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

8. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CpapDash and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this app or service.
